Since they help with detoxing the liver, it's a good idea to do one now while you're feeling not so well. Cutting back on the coconut oil might help, but it might not either since spaciness if often a result of toxins floating through your system. I suggest you start with less coffee in the same amount of water and slowly increase it as instructed in the article.
