Guest guest
I know my sx were bad anyway, and ever growing. I started bee's program by stopping fruit (was already on diet besides this) and started coconut oil primarily, having too much not realising that it can be quite strong. I felt fantastic a week after and then suddenly started the picky hot burning itch all over my body, in palms, vaginally, in soles of feet and ear, ALL over every time I'd eat. So, I stopped the coconut oil to see if symptoms would subside somewhat, and they did a bit. Certainly not 100% but the very insane intense inner agitation/itch/sting inside my body felt like searing all over (jump out of skin) settled quite a bit. 2 nights ago, I think I had too much beef fat, and I ended up getting supremely nauseated, and felt like throwing up all night, with sweats, and some diarrhea, but moreso diarrhea like impending feelings with barfy feelings. The next day I had it some, and I tried to have less fat. but now, everything gives me terrible heartburn. I burp from just water and get gut gnawing, upset stomach, nausea and even acid will splash up into mouth from burping. So, I'm dealing with that increase in acid reflux /gastritis and my stomach is basically aching/slightly nauseated all the time. I stopped the coconut oil about 3-4 days ago and all supplements I was trying, in order to get things settled a bit. Surprise, eating my second meal today, and I had quite a bit of skin burning all over, fingers, neck skin, face, torso, toes, EVERYWhere again. So now, I am baffled, why am I reacting so strongly again now, when things were settling in 'that' department. The only thing I've done is spritz my legs with a bit of water with epsom salts dissolved. I just ate a couple pinches of celtic salt from my finger tip and my gut is gnawing /nauseated. My skin burns.. What do you think is happening/ what seems to be going on? Everything is giving me horrific acid reflux, with aforementioned burning, burping, nausea. I am pretty sure when I have too much meat fat at one meal, that it triggers gastritis. But it's the skin picky burning itch searing diffusely all over after eating that has me baffled b/c it really intensified with coconut oil, and for it to just happen now, and I'd been reacting less since stopping the coconut oil about 3-4 days ago - ? Does salt in itself cause detoxing? That's all i " m doing, the diet and celtic salt 1.5 tsp per day. Help? Thanks, Tina

You need to read more so you understand why you are getting such reactions, that are a combination of healing and detoxifying currently because your body is getting what it needs, and " retracing " your body does while it is healing. Foods and supplements are not the " cause " of such reactions, but because they provide the nutrients your body needs to do its job your body is now able to heal, detoxify and retrace all previous illnesses, symptoms, diseases, injuries, etc., therefore you get reactions which are unavoidable in order to get healthy. Guest guest
Hi Bee and thanks. So to be clear, even just doing your diet strictly and using the celtic salt can cause these sx b/c my body keeps healing/detoxing? Guest guest
Yes, Tina. Even by only eating the foods from Bee's diet you are starting the healing process. That is because you are not eating things that are damaging which can prevent healing from occurring. Remember that the supplements are also necessary, even though you are already starting the healing process. I saw in your other post that you are also starting on the supplements, so that's good. Continue to go slowly and gradually introduce coconut oil as well. When you do introduce, maybe just start with 1/4 tsp three a day since you are getting such strong reactions from the food alone. The food and supplements all work together to heal your body. Group Moderator > > Hi Bee and thanks. Guest guest
Tina, I understand how stressful it can be when your body is doing things you don't understand. At the beginning of my healing process I used to get horrendous gas, constant clammy feelings after eating, and raging palpitations. I was pretty scared by it at the time, but what Keely, one of Bee's diet adherants said a short while ago really hit home to me: " I detoxed/healed in sooooo many different ways and places. And honestly, it was not predictable or following any expected timeline. At first I tried to analyze everything I was going through, relate it to past symptoms etc. but then I realized it was silly to try to figure out. I chose to relax into the process and trust my body to do the driving. So keep on keepin on with your food choices and relax while your body chauffeurs you to better health. You're closer than you think. " Because the way the body tries to keep the equilibrium going either through degeneration or through healing is the same, and because we have been 'brainwashed' into believing that all symptoms are a sign of disease, it is easy to assume that we are getting sicker, but believe me when you look back after some time on the diet, you can see how far you have come. If you go to message No. 102286 you can read Keely's story for yourself. It's worth reading some of the replies to her message after it too to see the responses and Keely's replies. It is upbuilding and encouraging and shows us that although it may not always seem like it, our bodies know exactly what they are doing, and the best way to deal with it is to stop fretting and just let the body get on with what it needs to do to get healthy.... Besides, how often do we hear the phrase " things often get worse before they get better " ! The body has to undo all the damage - and it is doing it a lot faster than the damage occurred so there is bound to be a certain amount of 'upheaval'. Learning to trust Bee's diet - and trust our own bodies is a huge factor in our healing process. Regards, Ali. > > Hi Bee and thanks. Guest guest
PS. The diarrhea is most likely to be your body's way of getting rid of the toxins the good food and supplements are pulling out. Better out than in, as they say..... Ali. > > Hi Bee and thanks. Guest guest
Thank you all for responding. Yes, I had taken too much coconut oil too fast a couple weeks ago, and although I had about 4 days symptom free, I ended up having more severe burning itch all over reactions to all my foods, and had to stop all supplements/evco in order to get it under control, it was agony. I am going at it slower now, introducing supplements in smaller doses, one at a time. I am getting liquid stools from the magn and calc citrate. I know this can happen, but it's a bit difficult to deal with if I have to leave the house, which is rare anyway. But definitely, happens very shortly after taking those supplements. Thanks, Tina > Yes, Tina. > > Even by only eating the foods from Bee's diet you are starting the healing process. The calcium and magnesium supplements couldn't have " caused " your loose stools since it take 4 hours for anything you eat to leave the stomach, and it gets takes many hours to complete digested it in the small intestines which is about 24 feet long. So taking cal/mag supplements was simply a coincidence with your body's need to create loose stools to get rid of toxins. That's why foods and supplements on this program should not be blamed as the causes of such reactions. Bee
