Guest guest Posted January 3, 2011 Report Share Posted January 3, 2011 Hi Bee, I'm feeling a lot of guilt and anger towards my family for the last few weeks and I'm not sure if it detoxing or the emotional issues that I have always had. I know that emotional issues can make a person sick, so I want to know what I should do about my current mental state? If this is detoxing do I just wait for it to pass? If this is not detoxing, but rather current emotional stress, what do you recommend I do so that I don't make myself sicker? My gut (literally, it is in knots)is telling me that this is not detoxing.
