Do most stay in ketosis once they are healthy?

Hi Bee,

I saw you mention in a post today that you are definitely in ketosis. Once

people get healthy on this program, do all or most people stay in ketosis?

Since an occasional fruit is okay for healthy people, I am wondering if people's

carbs go up higher and then they don't stay in ketosis? You've mentioned that

it's not good for the body to be switching back and forth which type of fuel

it's burning for energy. Just wondering what to expect a couple of years down

the road:)
