Once people get healthy on this program, do all or most people stay in ketosis? Since an occasional fruit is okay for healthy people, I am wondering if people's carbs go up higher and then they don't stay in ketosis? You've mentioned that it's not good for the body to be switching back and forth which type of fuel it's burning for energy.
