Well, I've been very irritable lately and low energy. I had a glass of raw milk

tonight and a few almonds that weren't properly soaked and dried. My plan this

weekend is to make sure all of my supplements are exactly right. I've been

taking them close to correctly with doseages, but not completely. Then I'll

make sure I've got all the food I need for the week with as much variety as I

can. I have been having pms like symptoms, but it's not pms time, so maybe it's

retracing.

Anyway, probably not the worst cheat of all time, but a setback I suppose. I

think perhaps a coffee enema would be a good thing for me. So maybe I'll try to

get that all ready to go. I haven't been doing fitday either. I should do that

too to make sure I'm getting enough of everything, huh?
