Powdered forms need to be taken in split doses as directed, but it is different

doses for vitamin C than for calcium and magnesium, which is detailed in this

article:

Vitamin E is oil, so it wouldn't be in powder form.

Hi Bee and Theresa,

Just to add here, my chemist has some Vitamin E powder for sale.

I asked him what is derived from and he researched it and came back saying it's

derived from palm oil.

I've no idea how they get a powder from palm oil. Sounds odd.

That sounds very odd to me too, so I'd be suspicious of it. Making any oil into

a powder would change it a lot because of what they'd have to do to it.
