Guest guest
Jami, This sounds like you need a trip to the doc. I injured my rhomboid muscle and it is tremendously painful. I feel for you. Keep stretching, look carefully at your routine (I found wide-grip pulldowns aggravated mine the most) and see your doc. You might need an anti-inflammatory. Massage is good too, it helped me a lot. Leaner.
Guest guest
I will tell you from experience that Glucosamine Sulfate works wonders on sore joints and tendonitis. Also gellatin in Jello will hope repair broken down cartalidge and tendons.
Guest guest
I've been taking MSM 1,000mg and it's cheaper than trying to combine the Glucosamine and Chondroiten in the right dosage and usually it doesn't last long before you run out of stock. It works the same for me, 120 caps cost $24 at GNC, and it only takes 1 capsule to do the trick. Take it with food or at bedtime. It gives me a little bit of a tummy ache, but worth it. Taken at bedtime, the tummy ache happens while sleeping and you don't even know it. -
Guest guest
I've been using M.S.M. for joint problems. Has anyone else tried this? I have a bad left knee and just today I was thinking it's hurting and realized that I hadn't taken any for 3 days! Where does the time go? R. Guest guest
, When I went to the health food store to buy the Betagen, I spoke w/one of the workers, and he actually recommended glucosamine also. I went ahead and got the Betagen, but do you think that I should add more glucosamine to what's already in it? Or is it enough? And do I apply the gellatin directly to my shoulder? Thanks, Jami > I will tell you from experience that Glucosamine Sulfate works wonders on > sore joints and tendonitis. Guest guest
Nic, Thanks for the advice. I wasn't sure what MSM was. Now I know. I'll check it out. I also made a mistake in a previous post to Kit. Betagen has glutamine, not glucosamine. MY mistake! (even though I don't know what the difference is!). Thanks, Jami > I've been taking MSM 1,000mg and it's cheaper than trying to combine the > Glucosamine and Chondroiten in the right dosage and usually it doesn't last > long before you run out of stock. Guest guest
Bee, I'm 57 and over the past several years, have been experiencing an increase of sore or cramping muscles. From reviewing your site and posts on this group it appears that I may be having problems as a result of poor nutrition. I am hoping that you can point me in the direction of some documents that might be able to help me out. Thanks

Yes, you may very well have poor nutrition and also be overloaded with toxins. Sore muscles are caused by toxins building up, and cramping is mainly due to a lack of minerals, particularly calcium and magnesium. When your body becomes unhealthy it is less able to get rid of toxins like it should, and also toxins cause problems for every cell in the body. That is because toxins make all of the cell membranes rigid/stiff which cause numerous health problems - see this article to understand: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/cabout1.php There are only Four Causes of all Failing Health (including all diseases, symptoms, illnesses, organ malfunctions, and even many aches and pains that won't go away): 1. Lack of proper nutrition and oxygen. 2. Accumulation of toxins, poisons, and waste. 3. Lowered vitality due to stress, shock, injury, emotional upsets, relationship or financial worries and concerns, etc. 4. Nutritional status inherited from parents upon conception. So you probably have other health issues too that a good healthy program could turn around like many people on this Group have done - see these wonderful Success Stories by members of this group: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/index.php First, I suggest you take this questionnaire to see if you have candida: http://www.mall-net.com/cgibin/quiz4.cgi?quiz=crook.qa If you do have candida read these two articles:\ How to Successfully Overcome Candida: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php Curing Candida, How to Get Started: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php If you do not have candida read Foods That Damage, Foods That Heal: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal13.php All of my health programs have food and supplements lists and directions too. The best in health, Bee
