Are you taking all supplements too? Also, have you every had those kinds of bowel movements in the past, and if so, when? Wouldn't that be a big burden on skin, liver, kidneys etc? +++Hi April, When you stir up toxins, or when your body has to get rid of toxins, they do NOT go out through the large intestines. As I wrote below, toxins are moving out of your body all of time. NOTE>>>They go out through many areas including lungs, liver, kidneys, skin, mouth, ears, genitals, fingernails, teeth, etc. Most toxins ingested are sent to the liver by the small intestines for detoxification before they can ever get to the large intestines. In other words, the large intestines is not one of the places your body gets rid of toxins. Bee

Guest guest
> Hi Bee, I have a bad constipation recently (3 weeks). The longer I go without bowel movement the more ugly I look (dark circles and red facial skin) and feel. I have been forcing bowel movement with enemas- I don't know what else to do. Additionally I have a pain-dull sometimes sharp with a changing intensively, and radiating located about 3 inches from belly bottom towards left side and sits exactly under my last and lower rib. Started 3 weeks ago. My both kidney also hurt all the time. This symptoms worrying me. I had nothing like this before I got sick. I am following diet correctly. I would appreciate your opinion on this Thank you kindly, Dobrusia > When you stir up toxins, or when your body has to get rid of toxins, they do NOT go out through the large intestines. > > As I wrote below, toxins are moving out of your body all of time. It doesn't mean you must do treatments recommended, so let me know okay? Bee
