I'm so happy to know they finally have a shower filter with vitamin C. It

doesn't say how many milligrams are in each of those vitamin C tablets, and it

costs $19.95 for 100, and it also doesn't say whether it is only ascorbic acid

or not.

You could write to the company to find out more details before any decision can

be made about whether they okay compared to regular ascorbic acid crystals. In

any case, they wouldn't be better, and they may cost much more.
