Guest guest
I took msm gave me a lot of gas/cramping due to the sulfur content. Eggs don't really cause allergies ,but detox " reactions " because of the sulfur content.Carrots not allowed due to the starch and sugar content.Pancreatin enzymes get neutralized by stomach acid so its a waste of money--try HCL caps instead. Bee recommends mostly good fats, moderate protein, and very little carbs. If you do ever get your amalgams removed i would only do a few a time due to the mercury release. Many foods on my program contain sulphur, which is one of the major macrominerals the body requires in order to detoxify itself and get rid of heavy metals. Eggs are the highest in sulphur which is why people think they are allergic to them. However, eggs help our bodies detoxify so they are getting detox and healing reactions, which is not an allergic reaction. Also the high good fats combination I recommend gets rid of heavy metals too. But of course all nutrients on this program work together, so you need all of the supplements (and nothing else) along with the diet. See Heavy Metals, Natural Chelation to understand this better: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/mn16.php Bee
