Guest guest
Hello Bee and group I am a new member (8 weeks) and making adjustment for my family as well, as I am slowly becoming more knowledgeable about food and it's direct impact on us. Discovering this group has been like a light at the end of hopeless tunnel. Thank you Bee and all of you who share your experiences. I have a question about giving my 4 year old fish oil and vitamin A and D He will not touch the fish-y liquid stuff, which would be the best in terms of giving him the correct measure However, he does take the pills (with a lot of encouragement :-) The problem: the pills contain more than he needs I have fish oil pills that are 1,200 mg of Omega 3 and then a pill that contains 400iu of Vitamin D and 1000iu of A Myquestion: is it harmful if the pills are somewhat over his exact needed amounts which would be (according to my calculation: 7000iu of Vitamin A 300 iu of D and 8000mg of omega 3 appreciate your reply.
