I know it helped for me, becauseoriginally my weight loss goal was 150 pounds, whichwould have put me at a very unhealthy body fatpercentage and not taken into account all the muscle Ihave from weight lifting. This was a really enlightening response Debby! Thanks!! When I started Curves in Oct 2005 my body fat was at 47.9% and I have worked my way down to 44% by whatever scale thingy they use, so I will definitely keep this in mind as I work my way down. Guest guest
If you are at 44% body fat at your weight you are actually probably quite tall and/or muscular. It's possible to estimate your weight at your body fat percentage goal. Let me know what you want your body fat percentage goal to be and I'll try to help you calculate your weight at that percentage. 35% or below is considered healthy, and 20-30% is a good range for a female. My own personal goal is about 29%. Luv, Debby San , CA 147 pounds lost! 95% of health issues reversed! Guest guest
Hi Bee, I have a diagnosis. The doctor checked the lump on my jaw bone. He had me point to it with swab so he could make sure we were talking about the same spot. I like that. So he and I know we are communicating correctly. He examined while the nurse notated. He said " It is not in the bone, that is good " . He listened to what I said about how long this has been going on and what my symptoms have been. Then told me I have a mucosal cyst. He said " You do not have cancer. Although you had every reason to be concerned " . He said if it is not gone by the end of summer, he will put me into surgery and " pop " it out. Bee, i was really nervous because I have let this problem go on and on for so long. I am so scared of doctors to the point of anxiety and being irrational. I am so irrational that I will refuse to go. I am grateful that this is all it was. Especially since I waited so long. Now I need to get the cyst to go away because it bothers me so much. PS - I also have issues with my neck and shoulders being so tight I can't move them. My chiropractor has helped a lot but my right shoulder is still stuck.
