Guest guest
Tina, as long as you understand that we are only throwing out ideas here, and you will always be the one to choose what you do: I think this is a good forum for exploration. Here's my two cents: 1) Check to see if there is any menstrual connection. Ovarian cysts and or fibroids are common and can express as a sort of pain exactly like this. 2) Get a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine to give you a complete diagnosis. This will include pulse testing, tongue, eye and facial readings and history-taking. . They are non-invasive, relatively cheap, and shockingly accurate. The Chinese were far far healthier with this system 5000 years ago than we are now. 3) Do elimination diets to rule out allergic colits or food allergies. 4) Do your cleansing fast on a regular basis. My wife had an almost identical pain and was able to totally cure hers using a 7 day fast while taking the V.E. Irons fasting kit (clay, psyllium, vitamins, minerals, laxatives, and enzymes). She now does it religiously with the 4 seasons. (she works right through the fast, and, after the first day of detoxing headaches, feels lower energy and chilly but does perfectly fine). 5) Tune up your total exercise, stress management, stretching, weight control, and anything else that may be sloppy or out-of-control in your life. The real holistic approach. The pain is a great excuse to keep tweaking your state of health to higher and higher levels. 6) Like the above, tweak your diet to even higher standards. Go all organic, nothing new-fangled (all food should be something that could have been eaten 500 years ago) and get it balanced and appropriate. Correct any weight problems if they exist. This is a good excuse to do it. 7) Investigate organ massage, aromatherapy, massage and other body work techniques such as Reiiki, Feldenkreis, or Rolfing. Best wishes, you are on a good journey. Guest guest
Hello Tina, Will has given you some excellent advise. I would like to add that I agree that it could be gynecologically related. If it's ovarian cysts, that is a possible location of the ovaries. It could be an indication of mild endometriosis. Does this pian seem slightly more dominant in relation to your menstrual cycle? See if you get this pain as well after eating dairy products. For some reason, endo and dairy don't do well. Also, most doctors don't diagnose endo first, because there is not a big emphasis on it during their training in med school. http://www.endometriosisassn.org/endo.html ~Suzanne > I have a pain in my abdomen. Guest guest
> If it's ovarian > cysts, that is a possible location of the ovaries. I thought the ovaries are much lower. I don't think it's anything " female " related as my periods are totally regular and very mild. However I will plot pain against cycle and see if there's any correlation. I did gallbladder flush number 4 last night. I'm not feeling too good right now. And the children are 10 times worse than usual. Why do they do this when I'm feeling bad? I'm looking forward to feeling even better tomorrow, and then I can be back to my normal strict self <G> Tina
