Good morning,

I'm experiencing a lot of spaciness, and it's really increased lately the

last several days. I think I should cut back on coconut oil. How can I

know if it's ok for me to do coffee enemas yet.

I've been having a lot of healing reactions lately, so I've been taking

epsom salt baths every day the last few days and drinking clove tea.

How can I know when it's ok for me to try a coffee enema?

I feel weak physically (but not as much as yesterday). Is it ok to try one

today or do I need to wait until I feel stronger? Or would it be better

for me to just rest, continue with epsom slat baths and tea?

I'll try a coffee enema if it will help with energy but especially if it

helps the spaciness.
