Still don't know the answer to this one.

I had a big increase in symptoms similar to what I'm having now.

The intense, crazy itchy burning in and out of skin.

This did happen at times in my past trying to 'cure' myself in the past couple

of years.

But noticed when I did a few days of selsun blue shampoo, then tried Nizoral

daily in shower for about 2 weeks and I think the most important one is that I

started during that time for about 6 days to apply tea tree oil all over my legs

and arms.

I started this b/c of the external itch I used to sometimes get in shower, and

b/c I've had 'white spots' hundreds of untanned spots all over my arms and legs

for a year now.

So 'in case' it was fungal (but could very well be sun damage) I tried this

regime.

I want to know, that even though the skin is mostly a barrier, it does let some

things pass to deeper layers I believe.

I started getting this 'healing' crisis of the internal crazy itch all over

driving me mad. Could it be that the tea tree oil and nizoral actually caused

some level of die/off in side of me? I was not taking any supplements at the

time, it was about 1.5 months ago. But I got so crazy antsy itchy and burning

all over my skin badly, similar to what I've been having since Bee's diet.

IT's true that I've had this before, here and there in the past, but not lasting

like it does now. And it took some time after stopping the tea tree oil

/nizoral to feel okayish again.

Any ideas? Is this a healing response from topically applied anti fungals, felt

in my whole body?

Thank you Bee, I have been wondering about this since I did it and haven't found

the answer.
