Guest guest
Hi Bee, I just found out that I'm pregnant. Totally unexpectedly. I was just about to take all my baby stuff to Good Will. Nevertheless, it is still exciting news. Anyway, I was just wondering how to calculate food ratios so that I get enough to feed my growing baby and myself? My current ratios are calculated from my due body weight which is figured out by my height, which obviously will not change while I proceed to grow outward. So how do I figure out what how additional I will have to consume? Thanks for your help. Corinne

You do not have to change anything on this program, including ratios, in order for you and your baby to be healthy. Just ensure you eat enough foods and take all of the supplements as recommended. All the best, Bee
