Guest guest
I have gallatones and am having a hard time w/ this diet.....any suggestions? However steak tartare is simply devine. Is it damaging/not useful to eat raw meat? I can't seem to find a consensus on this after reading Nourishing Traditions and Nutrition and Physical Degeneration. It is clear that native people ate raw meat but only when they did not have the resources to do so. Would the cell walls of the raw meat open in the presence of stomach juices for nutrients to be made useful? > >+++Hi , > >Meat do not have cell walls like plant foods do, and that's why they are so easy to digest. Protein is made up of molecules linked together in chains. Cooking them actually starts the digestive process by unwinding or unfolding the protein molecules, called denaturing, which is what our digestive system does as well. > >Another way to start unfolding is to soak raw meat in an acidic medium like lemon juice or apple cider vinegar - see marinade recipes on my website - which actually cooks them too. > >But it is okay to eat meats raw if you like them. > >Bee > >

If so, when was that, and what did they recommend? Are you in constant severe pain or does it come and go? This diet plus supplements cures health issues that cause gallstones, which is mainly due to a lack of good fats I recommend. Of course all nutrients work together - see my article on it: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/gallbl1.php How long have you been on my program too? All the best, Bee
Guest guest
Bee: I was diagnosed last spring. they said i could have it cut out, but not bad enough yet...i realy want to keep it, so ive been taking atigall, from my doctor. I am a 6 in terms of pain, but it does come and go..... I tend to stay away from high fats, which seems to cause the pain.....I have been on your program for a 3 weeks, but just started your supplements today. what else can i do to manage the pain?  thanks for your help! lindsi From: Bee <beeisbuzzing2003@...> Subject: [ ] Re: gallstones and this diet Date: Friday, January 14, 2011, 9:39 AM  > > I have gallatones and am having a hard time w/ this diet.....any suggestions? +++Hi lindsi, Did you get a doctor's diagnosis that you have gallstones?
