Hi Barb,

You shouldn't eat that salt. Dextrose is not good in any form since it is sugar

and feeds candida. Also, you shouldn't be having salt with iodine, either.

This is what Bee says about iodine:

Iodine (and many other minerals) is only required in " trace amounts " in the body

and you will get all that your body requires by eating butter and by consuming

the recommended amount of good ocean sea salt, which is 1 teaspoon per day. Too

much iodine causes just as much problem for the thyroid as too little.

+++Hi Barb,

Ensure you buy the right kind of sea salt, which is ocean sea salt, that

contains over 84 minerals, as described here:

Good morning,

I noticed mentioned taking 1 tsp of sea salt daily. Has the recommended

amount decreased or was this an oversight? I've been taking 1.5 tsp daily.

Thank you,

Heidi

Hi Heidi,

I noticed that, too, but that was a quote I took from Bee's website, so I didn't

change it. The correct amount is 1.5 tsp, according to the supplements list:

Consume a minimum of 1.5 teaspoons of a " good " ocean sea salt per day (divided

into 3 meals per day), which contains over 84 minerals, i.e. Celtic brand

available at Selina Naturally, OR a less expensive ocean sea salt like this one

Le Paludier – Organic Unrefined Coarse Grey Sea Salt, which is available in many

health stores and online.

Bee, that quote comes from the link I included below.

+++Hi and Heidi,

I just corrected that mistake in my article.
