Guest guest
Hi Tina, I have experienced ongoing 24/7 all body/generalized itching and it is maddening, no doubts. However, you need to realize you cannot cheat whatsoever. I know I couldn't or my recovery/healing progress slowed or even halted when I was treating my similar situation, before I discovered Bee's program. However, I coincidentally used a lot of what Bee recommends ,but more refined. And it succeeded. In example , I consumed a lot fish, some eggs, vegetables, olive oil and some butter, but omitted everything else. Most of my food was organic as well. I did this for 6 months straight , no cheats. I started to feel better after about 2 months and continued to progress The added supplements Bee recommends might have help me recover ground a little faster , if I had known about them. Again, I was not as sick as some people, perhaps. People must learn to realize everyone is sick at different levels, some more extreme than others. Thus, more are sensitive to healing than others and requiring more nutrients than others to heal for awhile since they are sicker. But this sometimes comes with a modification/s I mention later on in this email due to extreme sensitivities of healing/detox from the abundance of nutrients provided from certain healthy foods. Therefore, Tina you need to do the following : 1) - Take the supplements with your meals and do not dilute them. 2) - Your coconut oil amounts was raised too fast and you need to lower it back down to perhaps 1/8 a tsp 3 times/day or perhaps even 1 time /day pending reactions. Try these ideas & let us know, if it is intolerable. 3) - Cheats must be non existent for period of time for you to progress i.e 3-6 months. Due to, you are probably more on the extreme end of the sickness spectrum. 4) - Tina, you need to realize its necessary to steadily take the Celtic Sea Salt due to the vital minerals needed for overall health. Physical and mental health. 5) - Tina also importantly understand, nobody can avoid all healing and detox reactions. One must tolerate some discomfort to heal. Sorry, no exceptions here. Like everything, Health has a Price! 6) - Tina, you should try to focus on consuming organic meats , vegetables ..etc until advanced more in your healing and health; where possible. Since conventional meats and foods will just add to your present toxic load; due to your high particular level of ill health. Thus, making your body work harder to heal. Moreover, Tina, I advise you take lukewarm showers/baths rather than hot ones. Since, in my experience hot water irritates itching. Which is one of your major complaints. Also you probably should remove the usage of conventional cosmetics, hygiene products, household cleaning products and consider natural sources in these areas. Since these can definitely contribute to itching symptoms and overall increased ill health. However, because some people are so sick , good foods i.e coconut oil can provide such a high nutrients for them , that they are unable to tolerate the healing or detox reactions. Even on the smallest amounts. And thus sometimes must be temporarily omitted , even on the smallest amounts , until their health has advanced further along. This might be what you,Tina, may have to do with " Coconut Oil " , if you still react badly to the modified 1/8 tsp of coconut oil. Do let us know how that modification works for you ! I've seen this same sensitivity in other individuals with butter , in example. This temporary sensitivity can be perceived as allergy reactions by mainstream medicine, although incorrect. Furthermore, its similar to Bee, when she was unwell and could only tolerate 9 foods ! This is why I believe extremely sick people sometimes on group need to be observed according to their complaints with the program and have mildly modified individual diets i.e omitting coconut oil , butter ..etc temporarily , until their health advances, to avoid frustration and diverting from the program due to these extreme sensitivities from healing/detox reactions. Anyhow, Bee and everyone this is my perspective to you,Tina, and members now or in the future that are similar in situation/problem.
