Guest guest
Hello all, Bee, I have read through your suggested supplement list and was wondering why you don't recommend whole food supplements instead of synthetic ones. I have just always ready that the whole foods are better than the synthetic ones. Any light you could shed on this would be great for me. Thanks so much,

Orthomolecular Physicians have been using many synthetic forms for over 50 years with great success, so it is unnecessary to use whole food supplements. If synthetic forms of vitamins I recommend were not bio-available then people on this program would not be getting healthy like they are, and I wouldn't be healthy either.
