Guest guest
Hi , In your message below, you talk about drinking the egg drink with vanilla in it. Can you give me a quick lesson on how to use the vanilla bean? Do you just scrape out the beans and put them straight in the blender with the eggs, butter, coconut oil and boiling water? Or do you boil the beans and pod first on the stove? Just wondering the process to get a delicious result since I have never used a vanilla bean before. I have tried it a number times since then but I still haven't gone back to being able to drink it like I used to. I don't know why this happened, but suddenly I couldn't tolerate it. > > > > I think you might just have to leave it for a while and come back to it. Instead, you can have your eggs cooked a different way. I usually have boiled eggs and bone broth with the butter and coconut oil. It's basically the same food, but for whatever I can eat them this way without feeling sick. > > > > Cocoa powder is not allowed. Although I rarely drink it anymore, I've found that I like the drink better with just vanilla bean in it. I buy whole vanilla pods and scrape out the beans. Some people like it as a savoury drink with salt and bone broth. One person posted once that she purées broccoli in it. > > > > I hope that helps! > > > > Group Moderator > > > > > > > > >
