Guest guest
does anyone of you have an idea what I could or should do? > > Hi everyone, > I am new here, read everything I could on the website and all the files. Great info. > My doctor recommended that I do coffee enemas. The problem I am having is, I have hashimoto's which is an autoimmune disease. I am Th2 dominant and coffee stimulates Th2. I am afraid that I will get hyper and very sick from the coffee enema. I could counteract it with echinacea, but don't really know what to do. > My adrenals are fatigued, so I don't know if the coffee would be good for the adrenals. > I would appreciate any advice, > >
Guest guest
Hi Bee, I tried my first coffee enema...i ordered the organic coffee from enema.supply that you recommended. I followed the instructions on your page to boil water and then add the coffee and boil for 5 mins....but the granules didn't dissolve which i found strange...i strained it and discarded the granules....would this have made the left solution too diluted and not have the proper outcome of the purpose? Never being a coffee drinker I thought granules should dissolve....could I use an organic coffee sold at the local supermarket in the future? Thanks Bee,
Guest guest
Hi , It's fine if you can't hold the coffee enema. Some people can't even hold it 5 minutes. It's nothing to be concerned about. The troubles with your sleep and nightmares are usually caused by toxins being mobilized, so yup, toxins were flying around! ) If you felt that this too overwhelming for you, the next time you do a coffee enema, decrease the amount of coffee you use.
