Hi Bee,

I decided after a few days off to restart some of the supplements.

I opted to not start with coconut oil this time.

At 9pm I took the calc citrate, magnesium citrate and vit C dose in water with

my meal last night.

It was okay and in fact seemed to now calm my burning acid gut/aches, which I

needed b/c I'd been having horrific burning gut /reflux and some nausea for 2

days.

I took about a 1/2 dose, and the only thing I noticed was that my ears got

blocked and my stomach calmed a bit. I felt a little weird in my head briefly

like super alert, almost dizzy, then I think I realised I was calming some all

over.

Then a bit later, at 10:30pm I thought I'd try a bit more, of just the calc and

magnesium in water to try to calm body even more since I did have a bit of

relaxed non irritated body feeling.

Again took 1/2 dose, perhaps even a bit less.

Today I woke with some light/rapid palpitations, I was having some anyway lately

but seemed more on waking.

But I got a severe leg charlie horse, in right calf and foot, so bad I had to

get up and 'try' to straighten my foot out by pressing it to the floor. I still

have tics in my lower legs now at 9am.

The other thing is that I had to go to the bathroom asap, no cramps, but

completely liquid stools. No sick or cramp feelings, just liquid.

What could this indicate since I barely even took the day's dose, and only took

about 9pm:

calcium citrate 210mg, magn citrate 315mg, vitc ascorbic acid crystals 500mg.

Then later about 10:30pm: calc citrate 210mg, magn citrate 315mg.

I got very itchy throat and ears after this dose.

I took those amounts b/c I just used a 1/2 tsp measuring spoon.

Thanks for your help on this one Bee. I'd love to be able to keep taking it

since I'd like to try to reproduce that calm. Though I'm concerned why I itch

in ears/throat so much after taking it, and the charlie horses and more heart

fluttering.

Tina
