Guest guest Posted January 6, 2011 Report Share Posted January 6, 2011 So the easiest fats to digest(especially for people with gall bladder issues) would be the short/medium chain fats-coconut oil, butter, palm oil, -Missing any? The hardest fats to digest are long chain fats which are vegetable oils? Where does animal fat and cod liver oil fit in? Anyone have better bowel movements using probiotic enemas?
