Guest guest
Hi Helene, I used to get bloated after drinking water prior to starting Bee's diet and for about the first 6 months on her diet (probably due to retracing). I don't know why it occurs, though. My stomach was always one of my major candida symptoms. Guest guest
I noticed that high alkaline water, or some mineral/spring water has caused some bloating. The higher mineral(hard to digest minerals- especially calcium) content might cause some of the bloating. The chlorine in tap water might cause bloating due to it killing some of the candida? Ive noticed some spring water has slightly upset my stomach--leading me to believe that the minerals came from ground water or the minerals were pretty much like eating dirt. Minerals that were hard to digest because they haven't been processed by a plant. I think plants help to reduce the molecule size of the minerals, so it is easier for us to digest. That's why when you take 100mg of zinc on a empty stomach it can upset it--were not designed to have minerals in the dirt/collodial form or mined minerals. First of all it is totally false that candida, bacteria, and even cancer can be killed off by anything! That is because the body itself creates them as needed in order to clean itself up of toxins. Candida is only cured by getting healthy, which is done by: 1) Consuming " proper nutrients " (Bee's diet plus supplements which provides all of the nutrients any Human needs in order to be healthy). 2) Eliminating toxins and foods that feed candida (they also feed bacteria and cancer). 3) Eliminating damaging foods. 4) Eliminating toxins in general. When you are healthy enough your body automatically " changes " candida (or any bug, cancer, etc.) back into the organism it is supposed to be when the body is healthy. It's like the manure pile and the flies, with the manure pile representing the poor condition of the body. You cannot get rid of the manure pile by killing off the flies. You must clean up the manure pile instead, which means getting healthy according to Nature's Laws on Health. > Ive noticed some spring water has slightly upset my stomach--leading me to believe that the minerals came from ground water or the minerals were pretty much like eating dirt. If they were the cause of stomach upsets everyone on my program, and myself included, would get the same problems every time they drank water. +++If the minerals were not bioavailable none of us would be healthy! +++Dirt isn't bad for you anyway. When I was little I made my own mud pies and ate them and I didn't get sick from it, and neither did the other kids who ate mud pies.
