I did not change Garden of Life to Premier Quantum. I simply added Premier

Quantum to the list of choices.

If you are taking Omega 3 and live oil pills according to my recommendations

then it is correct.

There was a questionable Natural Factors product, however it was found to be

quite okay, so nothing has changed as far as the recommended products at all.

wouldn't 3 halibut liver pills be too much? Theresa, I'd check to make sure

you're within the ranges of omega-3, Vitamin A & D recommended by Bee!

vitamin A and D in it, she would need 3 halibut liver oil pills.

Yes, as Bee stated, I am taking 2 Omega 3 Fish Oil pills without A and D so

I am taking 3 halibut liver oil pills. Thanks both for your help! Sooo
