Guest guest
Is it okay to dry out sea salt in the oven (on a low temperature)? Or is it better to let it air dry? Thanks.

Guest guest
I dry out my sea salt so I can put it in my herb grinder. It won't grind if it is wet. Is that not okay?? Is that not okay?? +++Hi Debbie, That's why there is a special grinder for moist ocean sea salt, or use a mortar and pestle. Some people use a coffee grinder, but since the salt is moist it must be cleaned it out well and dried after each use so the coffee grinder doesn't rust.
