Hi Bee,

As I live in Australia and I-herb were out of the Stevia you recommend..I

purchased and Organic Stevia 100% Pure Extract Powder when I first started the

diet a few months ago...as I wanted to try the Egg Drink....I have been having

1-2 a day with a pinch in each drink..as I will looked at the ingredients it has

listed:

100% Pure Certified Organic Steviol Glycosides.....which I have read in the

archives in not good...

So my question is what is glycosides and should I stop taking it and just wait

till I get my next order when I can order the correct Stevia  ( which won't be

until July..as I am stocked up with all my other sup's)

I really enjoy the drink and it takes the edge off for something sweet and is

very satisfying...but by previously taking the above and continuing to....could

this be slowing down my healing progress and just another thing my body has to

detox etc?

I do find I bloat up after the drink most of the time...but when I just eat meat

and fat it isn't as severe...so that is why I was thinking it could be the

ingredients in the Stevia?

Thanks so much Bee,

Hi ,

Something to consider.....do the egg drink without the stevia. It tastes pretty

much the same with just cinnamon and nutmeg.

When I first started the diet, I used a little stevia, but after a short while,

I found that the stevia was making the drink 'too' sweet and that cinnamon and

nutmeg were sufficient.

Be blessed,

(I'm in Australia too, and when I was using stevia, I bought it online from an

organic company up near Tamworth somewhere, but it was early 2008. I googled

them, but couldn't find them now. Maybe they have shut down.)

+++Hi ,

As advised, have the egg drink without stevia until you get the correct

kind.

Doe your abdomen bloat, which is your intestines below your belly button, or

does your stomach bloat?

Hey Bee,

My bloating in below the belly button...so I guess it in the intestines......

I did try to have the egg drink without Stevia but I couldn't drink it...so I

just put 1/2 of the Stevia i have in it....

Also I checked out i-herb and they have the correct Stevia in stock..YEAH!!.so i

ordered some (as I didn't know that I could get a shipment for only $4.00 (to

Australia)..(only if the total order is under 3 pounds) instead of my usual $40

shipment charge

I-herb are excellent...I usually get my order within 5-6 days.

Thanks Bee...have a blessed day,
