Good morning,

I will try having only broth and egg drink today, like on the 9 day

program. Yesterday I would get extremely fatigued and a racing heart after

a meal. I slept for a big part of the day and when I wasn't asleep I was

still in bed resting. This has actually been going on for a few days, but

the reaction after eating seemed worse yesterday.

I think I better stay away taheebo tea and coconut oil. Should I still make

sure I have enough fats like olive oil or fish oil or something?

+++Hi April,

You do get fish oil (omega 3) in the cod liver oil supplement you should be

taking. You should also be having butter.

Your symptoms are because your body is creating them in order to heal and

detoxify itself. So you can have a little less coconut oil, but do not stop it

- try 1/4 teaspoon with each meal 2 times a day.

Of course since your reaction is after eating then the foods you just ate didn't

cause the reactions since it take 4 hours for foods to go from the stomach into

the small intestines and many more hours to digest them. Then there is time for

the nutrients to go from the intestines through the blood system to the liver

for filtering and then on to help the cells and tissues.
