Guest guest
Hi Bee, Just a quick question......I am taking Garden of Life...Olde World Icelandic Cod Liver Oil (Lemon Mint Flavor)...I worked out this with your daily recommendations: 4 teaspoons gives me: Total Omega 3 : 3092mg (DHA - 1812mg and EPA - 1280mg) Vit A: 20,000IU Vit D : 800IU My question is 'somewhere' ( I remember reading it after I received my order) you recommend taking a fish 'liver' capsule as well as the above product..is this somehow more beneficial?? So ...do I need to reduce my above dose and purchase the fish Liver Oil....or can I just stick to what I am taking? Thanks Bee,

It is also less expensive. Bee
