Guest guest
Hey Guys, I thought I would make up some of my own rejuvelac. I followed Bees recipe but it seems like Ive just ended up with a cabbage sludge. There doesnt seem to be much liquid (rejuvelac) to strain off. I have some questions... Does 'strain off' me to 'drain'... like one would when draining cooked pasta in a colander? How much liquid rejuvelac would one predict to be obtained from a single batch? Thanks for any advice and help. Rick

Straining liquid means you hold back the cabbage and pour the liquid into another container, so it isn't the same as draining off water from cooked pasta because you keep the pasta and get rid of the water.
