Hi ,

Haven't started with this, as yet. It's still early days for me, so I'm

working on getting my diet, supplement and exercise regime in shape. Once I feel

in

equilibrium with all that, then I will start to introduce other things like

the Chang supplements and the fulvic acid...probably one at a time, on a

kind of experimental basis, to see what gives best relief. I feel if I

introduce too much all at once, I may not get a very clear picture of what is

working

and what isn't - kind of like weaning a baby onto solids? Hope that makes

sense. LOL When I do, though, I will be sure to fill you in!
