Lymes and candida

My name is and about a month ago I was diagnosed with lymes disease, even

though my test was negative. I have had many tick bites in the past, but not for

awhile. My doctor is very Lyme literate, and came to the diagnosis because of

the strange episodes of muscle weakness that traveled through the different

parts of my body. I am being treated with different herbs that have had a good

success rate with the Lymes. The frustrating part of it all is that I have been

following a " nourishings traditions " diet for years(raw milk,yogurt and kefir

made from raw milk, soaked grains and nuts, grassfed meats, kombucha, beet

kvass, organic fruits and vegetables, healthy fats) If I was eating so healthy,

why did I get sick? That was the plaguing question. After reading alot of your

website, I began to realize how lymes disease symptoms and candida symptoms can

be the same. As I look back through the years of following a " nourishing

traditons " diet, I know that I still had symptoms, primarily brain fog, and

fatigue, but also bouts of post-nasal drip that kept me coughing for months.

Right before I had been diagnosed with Lymes, I had been coughing for awhile and

feeling more fatigued. Could I still have been feeding candida, even while

following a " nourishing traditions " diet, and maybe this caused the symptoms I

had? Any thoughts would be appreciated . Thanks.
