I have a couple of questions regarding butter and omega 3. 1: If i am eating alot of salmon, sardines, or any kind of fish/seafood, do i need to adjust the amount of codliver oil i am taking so that i am getting the reccomended 2000-3000mg of omega 3. 2: I have been using an organic butter however it has salt in it, Is this ok. I called the company ands they said the salt is organic but not sea salt. Also is there anyone from Australis that can reccomend a good butter that they have been using, i have tried a few different brands but am still a little unsure on quality.
