Guest guest
Hi Ed, I always appreciate your intelligence and clarity so thank you for sharing it here. I have a question about something you said in this conversation. You wrote " Take the supplements with your meals and do not dilute them. " This is confusing to me because I have also read Bee's suggestions to drink plenty of water with meals. I have also read that we are to take our supplements with meals. If we need liquid with our meals and we need our supplements with our meals, then taking supplements with water seems logical. I don't understand what different thing occurs when we take our supplements with very little water and then drink a full glass as part of our meal. I don't even understand how to accomplish your suggestion in light of Bee's other two! Can you expound, please? Thanks, Robin > > > > thank you so much ed, i will reply in all CAPS. > > > > > I have experienced ongoing 24/7 all body/generalized itching and it is maddening, no doubts. This is why I believe extremely sick people sometimes on group need to be observed according to their complaints with the program and have mildly modified individual diets i.e omitting coconut oil , butter ..etc temporarily , until their health advances, to avoid frustration and diverting from the program due to these extreme sensitivities from healing/detox reactions. > > > > > > Anyhow, Bee and everyone this is my perspective to you,Tina, and members now or in the future that are similar in situation/problem. > > > > > > In Solidarity, > > > Ed > > > group moderator > > > > > @@ Snip > > > @@ Hi Tina, > > First, just in case you are unaware, using CAPS is considered yelling & rude on the internet. Which meant sleeping every 3 days for 1-2 hours when my body would crash. Had rashes too. Plus other symptoms > > > SIMILAR FOR ME TOO - JUST HAD TO STOP THE BIT OF FRUIT ID BEEN HAVING > > @@ True. If you can afford unsalted butter organic that's good too, if not, just ensure its unsalted. The vegetables can be from the regular market just ensure you cook them to ensure absorption of nutrients and less energy & burden on your digestion. The rest of the food can be from the regular market and you will be find. The nutrient value maybe a little lower. However, you will heal & progress. Can you expound, please? +++Hi Robin, The reason Ed wrote not to take supplements mixed into water was mainly because Tina was mixing powdered calcium and magnesium minerals along with ascorbic acid crystals (vitamin C) in water. Minerals are heavier than water so they do not mix well, so they sink to the bottom. Either you don't get them or you are digging them out with a spoon. He made a mistake about ascorbic acid because it wasn't clear the kind of vitamin C Tina was using. Of course ascorbic acid must mix in water to take it, and he may not have been thinking about other supplements you must take with water. It was an oversight on Ed's part, but he is usually " spot on " with most of his posts so let us be understanding, okay? Bee

However, its incorrect to state I made a mistake on information that was not made clear to me. Although, it is correct to state that I was not aware nor provided all of the information. So therefore, I was left to advise or speculate, if you will, on limited information. Unless, I sorted through the 152 posts that Tina has posted insofar, it was virtually impossible for me deduce what Vitamin C that she was exactly utilizing. Nonetheless, thanks for understanding.
