now curious about myself:

Bioflavonoids, but the source of bioflavonoids is citrus, so based on citrus

feeding Candida, wouldn't that mean that bioflavonoids feed Candida?

+++Hi . Thank you for your wishes for my sister and I in caring for my

Mom. : )

Bioflavonoids are substances found in most foods that contain vitamin C and they

work together. Both vitamin C and bioflavonoids are also in meats. It isn't a

sugar and is in a class by itself, called flavones.

Actually all carbs (plant foods) feed candida since they are all changed into

sugar inside our bodies. But it is impractical and unnecessary to eliminate all

carbs, particularly low carb vegetables and vitamin C supplements even if they

are made from citrus.

If the vitamin C I recommend wasn't helping, people on my program would not be

getting the great successes they are having.

All the best, Bee
