I have the Young Living's Essential Oil brand. > Hi , Do not use any sustained release supplements of any kind since each molecule is sprayed with bad oils or other substances. Only take " true " niacin (B3) as explained in my articles - also see this references on Niacin: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/niacin.php No, do not take any essential oils internally for any reason since they are too powerful. Some people cannot tolerate lemons for some time on this program so that is why the Electrolyte Drink is optional. Bee
Guest guest
Thanks so much for the info. I didn't think sustained relief was good for us. One more question, is it ok to use Braggs Apple Cider Vineager with EVO as a salad dressing?

I came across this on Bee's site: <http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/foodslist.php> which states: " Only use unpasteurized unfiltered apple cider vinegar, like Bragg's or Eden. Some candida sufferers do okay having it, while others cannot tolerate any kind of vinegar. " And EVOO is on Bee's " OK " food list (the same link as above). , moderator
