Bee in your opinion and with all your knowledge :) Is there anything similiar to

psyllium husk that would be safe and healthy for the body ? I am looking for

something that when water is added gives a similiar gluggy texture that will

give you a full satisfied feeling as a snack. I really want something that is

Candida safe. Thanks Chris

+++Hi

Anything you could take that would give you a gluggy texture would be

indigestible just like psyllium husk, which are fibers.

Humans cannot digest fibers like herbivores (animals that eat only plant foods),

so it forces out large colon to change into a fermentation chamber, creating all

kinds of bacteria, yeast, etc. in order to break them down - see this article to

understand:

Here's safer candida snacks:

Are you on my candida program? If so, how long?

All the best, Bee
