Guest guest Posted May 2, 2011 Report Share Posted May 2, 2011 Hi Bee and Others, Seemingly ever since starting the diet last year (maybe the year before even, when I was pregnant), when I go in the sun my face gets embarrassing darker sections of skin. Cover up makeup does not help, let alone I don't usually/don't like to wear makeup. It seems to be where I sweat the most and/or where I have been burned before. Is this something where the skin is detoxing itself or trying to heal itself (like teeth with brown stains that come and go)....I hope..... Or are certain layers of my skin too damaged to have the right pigment and I need to brace myself for such a situation being permanent?
