Guest guest
hi bee... you asked me how i am last e mail... i have been doing a little better. i am definatly not as emotional as i was...it has seemed to subside for now. i have still been experiencing some of the same symtoms...but not as severe. i dont really have too much tightness in my throat anymore...it comes now usually when i am really tierd. i still do have chest pains, and sometimes cramping feelin gs around my heart...and heart rate is usually a little fast. it still feels as though my breath is somewhat " caught " ...not flowing like was before the incident with my brother. my digestion is a little better too...i still have a lot of gurgling sounds coming from stomach? usually in the morning when i wake up. so all in all i am getting a little better...but still have symptoms... thank u bee... arianna

Don't forget to do deep breathing exercises for your cramping feeling around your heart, your breath feeling like it is caught, etc. Gurgling in your stomach is usually because you've swallowed air while eating or drinking which is common when you are stressed, so deep breathing before and sometimes during meals helps. Take good care my dear. Healing hugs, Bee
