Hello,

I did some searching on this site, did not find direct info on exercise program.

From what I read during the start of the program very litle exercise. Can

anyone leave a link or give a brief description of exercise program development

course. i.e.

You are correct on your observations of exercise in relation to this program.

Except perhaps light exercises recommended i.e rebounding, walking, tai chi and

yoga. This is particularly important for people whom are very weak and ill.

This way energy is conserved for healing. When one is very tired,weak or ill ,

exercise can weaken rather than empower the immune system.

This program's main focus is nutrition and some lifestyle modifications to

support health & the immune system.

Outside of the above information, I will state it depends what one wants to

accomplish in regards to an exercise program i.e lose weight, general fitness,

cardiovascular enhancement, muscle mass, or perhaps symmetrical muscular

development.

Therefore, as you can see your inquiry is a broad one.
