Guest guest
If you read a few testimonials you might find some good stories aout the diet and rosacea. It is all due to Candida affecting your digestive system (somewhere). Cheers, > > I'm not sure I want to know the answer to this, but does having rosacea mean I have candida? > I scored very low on the candida test and have been on the weight loss program since September, which allows dairy. Oh, please, don't take away my cheese and cream. > > Crossing my fingers, > Debbie >

If you are doing well on the Weight Loss Program you don't need to change it. All the best, Bee

Please read my reply to Debbie that I posted this morning. Bee

Guest guest
Bee, I also scored low on the Candida test, but had assumed cea was caused by Candida toxins. I have (almost completely clear now) both occular and skin cea (started in 2004 after taking Doxycline). I also have had Tinnitus since 1975. I know when I eat something that I should not as the Tinnitus kicks in and is very loud, my eyes water and pimples appear on my face. I eased into The Diet starting in May 2010 and take the supplements, salt, with approx. 75% fat, 20% protein and 5% carbs. Two years prior to this I gained 20 lbs. In 2 months on The Diet I lost the 20 lbs. Since that time I have lost 5 lbs. more. I would like to loose another 20 lbs. which would have me at 5'2 " weighing 125 lbs. For my age (75) I think this would be a " good thing " . That was my weight as a younger woman (only I was 5'4 " then). Would your weight loss diet be a better diet for me? Before starting the Candida Diet I had a physical. I had gained weight and my hair starting fall out. I thought perhaps it was my thyroid, but after having tests from blood work to bone density nothing was found and I was given a clean bill of health. Thanks for being there. You are greatly appreciated. I'm 69 years old and my diet and supplements are most like the weight loss program, even though I don't need to lose weight. That is because the weight loss program helps future health, slows the effects of aging, keeps us more mentally fit and able, etc. even though it is inevitable we will all pass away. We don't have to go out suffering for years with cancer, diabetes, heart disease, etc. which are epidemic today, and throw money away to the medical and drug industries. I'm hoping to set up another Group on Weight Loss in future. But in the meantime please post any questions on this group. I'm happy to help you Lois. Do well, Bee

I started your pgm last March because I, too, have rosacea. I don't recall taking the candida test and, if i did, seems it was not conclusive. But, since I had cea, I assumed I had Candida and have been following that protocol since then. Is the main different between the " Weight Loss " pgm and the " Candida " pgm the foods that are allowed? Are the ratios and supplements the same? Thanks began 03/09/
