Guest guest
Hi, I am currently weening myself off of antidepressants (with the help of my doctor) so that I may be on this program. I have already made the necessary dietary changes and have purchased the supplements. I also understand that everything in your program works together and since I am still on the meds I can't be considered to be on your program. My question is whether or not I should start your Candida program now (except for the meds) or if I should wait until I am totally off of them. The problem is that it takes months to taper off of antidepressants or there are very unpleasant side effects. I guess my concern is that if I do all the other things and don't experience results due to the antidepressants that I will get discouraged. On the other hand I am already in ketosis and suspect it isn't wise to flip back and forth in terms of what I am burning for energy. What are your thoughts? Thanks,

The sooner you get completely on this program the better, since your body will be getting all of the nutrition it needs in order to help it repair, build up health and heal at a cellular level which also helps your body detoxify drugs you are getting slowly decreasing.
