Guest guest
Hi Sharona, See my notes below: > > Hi again! > > I want to thank Bee and everyone on this site for their wonderful support and patience with my questions. Thank you! > > Do you have to take HCI(hydrochloric acid) or is it only if you have digestion problems? >>>No. If you are not having problems with your digestion, it is not necessary to take HCl. > > NOW Foods yeast flakes : Do I need to take Niacin 3 with these as well or is it an option? Is it a good idea to? >>>Nutritional yeast flakes contain Niacin (vitamin B3) so you do not need to take any extra. It is not a good idea to take extra since Bee has made all the supplements in the correct dosage. > > Clove oil, Oil of Oregano and White Willow bark: do I take these as well? All three? or rotate them 2 and 1, or rotate them one at a time? >>>These are all to be used as pain relievers. Bee no longer recommends that we take extra anti-fungals internally as candida can't be killed off anyway. Clove oil is generally used for pain in the mouth and gums while oil of oregano can be used to rub on painful joints. They should be diluted with either coconut oil or olive oil. White Willow Bark comes in capsule form and can be taken internally for pain. Follow the recommendations on the package. > > I have been on the diet for (couple of fall off periods) for the last 2 months. I am going on vacation and I am waiting till I get back to start 100% full time. Do you recommend doing a coffee enema before I start or only if I have bad die off symptons? How easy is it to do that? Gotta say, I don't know... LOL >>>Coffee enemas aren't necessary to heal on this program. In other words, you don't *have* to do them. They are very helpful for the liver and to get over severe healing reactions, though. > > Ground Flax seeds: No? >>>No. Fiber is not good for us. See these articles: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu3_2_2.php > > Just like to make sure... > > Thanks! Sharona > Hope that helps!
