I've been pretty satisfied, albeit with some difficult days (it's expected when you're healing), however something serious happened this morning. A few minutes after I woke up, I was lying on my back writing in my dream journal, and I started getting this really, very intensely sharp pain in my upper ab like, right below my ribs in the very center. It hurt so bad I could hardly breath. I tried different positions, but couldn't get any relief. I got up and drank some water, tried to eat some food, but it was too painful, and it drove me to tears, and screaming. (thats pretty hard to do). So I wretched on the floor for 15 minutes or so. Finally got up and had another glass of water, and relaxed in childs pose, and then it subsided, and went away! > > Whoa. Glad that one's over... But Also, yesterday morning I felt soooo very nauseous that I had to lay down and sleep it off. I've felt nauseous on your program before, which I know is a healing reaction, but never this intensely. > > I am fully on the program, with occasional cheats like sour cream, or cream. And some Brazil nuts every once in a while. I'm 22 and generally regarded as pretty healthy already, except for this candida issue. > > One more thing, while I've got your attention... I've noticed that although I've cut out sugar and everything for a few months, and the INTENSE vaginal yeast infection is gone, things are still really... um... creamy down there. Does this take a particularly long time to clear up, or is my situation down there, as a few drs. have put it, just me! I hope not. +++Hi Olive, If you've ever had a bad pain in that area before, due to injury, surgery, or digestive issues your body will be retracing them while it is healing itself. When my body retraced having my big toe smashed it was horrible, but it didn't last long since retracing is in compressed time, i.e. 1 month for every year. Abnormal vaginal issues are caused by toxins coming out, so it is nothing to be concerned about. It is one of the areas the body uses to get rid of toxins. When I had candida it was the last area to normalize since I'd had it so long, and the timing is also related to retracing time. Take good care. Guest guest
Yea, I guess I was so concerned because I've never had pain in that area before, and certainly nothing so painful! I will keep my senses looking out for it now, and probably ask again if it happens again. Thanks! Olive > > > > Hi Bee. > > > > I've been on your candida program fully for 3 months now.
