> Dear Bee,

> Thank you for your reply. Like you, I know from my experience that the

supplements you recommend do a terrific job because I've seen tremendous

improvements since I started your program.

> After checking my ratios as you suggested, I realized that I eat way too much

good fat, a little more protein than I should, and not enough carbs. However,

when I tried to meet my carb ratios in the past, I couldn't function properly

since I was struck with instant fatigue and had to take 2-3 hour-long naps in

the afternoon.

> I'm still trying to find an explanation for the fact that, during the 5 days I

wasn't taking supplements, my stools were brown (instead of being orange) and I

overcame chronic constipation, all the while eating the same way I do every day.

Maybe my body was more able to detoxify for reasons I don't fully comprehend, as

you pointed out in one of your responses to somebody else?

> At any rate, I'm extremely grateful for your program, and if I need to be

chronically constipated until I'm completely cured, it's not going to be a big

deal because the benefits are so worth it!

+++Hi Helene,

As I've written many times, you can have more fat and protein that your ratios,

but it is most important to not go over your carb ratios, or to have less or

none at all like my All Meat & Fat Program.

Remember to not take any supplements (except for coconut oil) one day each

month.

If you have been constipated in the past your body also has to retrace it while

it is healing.
