I have taken probiotics and cultured veg for 6 years it helps sinus and immune

system i do not want to stop. is it ok to take them and which ones do u

recommend. i also take grapefruit seed, or p73 oregano - how often do u

recommend taking oregano. does it kill off good bacteria.

if i have done a programme like yours for years should i now concentrate putting

back good bacteria rather than killing. as recent stool test showed all

cleansing i had done my levels of good bacteria had diminished.

also i feel green low gi veg juices are very healing to the gut and am surprised

u do not agree.
