Mainly you need to filter out chlorine. I do not know of any whole house water filters that since many of them filter out the natural minerals in tap water which are so important for your health. That's why I recommend charcoal filters like Brita or Pur to filter out chlorine for drinking and cooking. Bee

Usually inexpensive i.e at hardware stores. GE Shower Head filter: http://www.amazon.com/GE-GXSM01HWW-Shower-Filter-System/dp/B001CDXMT0 However, if you are interested in a whole house filter, you may wwish to consider reviewing " Aquasana " filter system. Nonetheless, how do you propose to add Vitamin C to a shower head and why would you? Do you know any shower head filter systems that do allow you to add Vitamin C ? Guest guest
Check out the Biocera website to see great options for shower head filters to remove chlorine. I've had mine just over a year now and it makes a huge difference. It compliments Bee's program perfectly. For the best skin ever, do dry brushing + non-chlorinated shower + a light coconut oil finish. You will L.O.V.E. the results!! HTH, Jen B.
