Hi Bee,

I was wondering if frozen non starchy vegetables (the kind you buy at the

supermarket) such as spinach, brocolli, etc can be used? Do these forms of

vegetables provide any nutrition? Thanks for your time.

Sure, frozen veggies are OK.

I used the great search engine on Bee's web site and came up with this:
