That's means staying on the program for as many months as you are in age, i.e. if you are 25 years old that is 25 months. In order to ensure future health you must follow the basic principles of this program, otherwise your health will suffer. That's what I do, and I also take all of the supplements - some are in smaller doses because I can have dairy (cal/mag) and I don't need more than 1,000 mg vitamin C. People going off the candida program should slowly change over to my Healthy Program as explained in Foods That Damage, Foods That Heal: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal13.php Bee
Guest guest
Amy, What were your symptoms before you started Bee's program?
Guest guest
Hi, My symptoms were fatigue, depression, tiredness, vaginal thrush, acne, loss of libido, excessive mucus, craving/addiction to sugar, highly emotional, high stress levels. I am 25 and I did have these symptoms in varying degrees for 5 years. I would really just like to know how to slowly decrease the amount of supplements I am taking, as they are expensive for us at the moment and I would rather do that than have to stop them all at once. I thought I read something about this on Bee's site or via this support group but just can't find it. Of course I will still follow the main program, I am convinced that it is a positive diet and lifestyle, I was doing a lot of this before I started the diet anyway - like no chemical in our home, organic food etc. Thanks Amy > > Amy, > What were your symptoms before you started Bee's program? >

I've given the doses you should take after you are healthy - see the far right column, under Amount Per Day, which says " after healed " take ________ on this Supplements Chart: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/supp7.php Bee
